Welcome to Rutland’s one stop volunteering website!
Citizens Advice Rutland works with local voluntary and community organisations seeking volunteers to help them deliver their services and support local people.
We also support potential volunteers – whether you are looking to make connections in your community, try something new or share your skills, and have time to give to support local organisations, our website advertises the range of opportunities available.
Starting your search is easy – click on Search for opportunities at the top of the page. You can browse the list of current opportunities and narrow your search based on location, your interests and the activities involved. Each listing will provide an overview of the role, what is involved, and some information about the organisation.
If you are 18 or over, and have found a suitable opportunity, you can register on the website and send an enquiry. This will be shared with the organisation and they will be in touch with more information and the next steps to becoming a volunteer.
Anyone under 18 interested in volunteering in Rutland and looking for support to find opportunities can contact us for guidance.
New volunteering opportunities are added regularly so if you can’t find a role that matches your circumstances on your first look, please revisit the site from time to time or follow us on social media to keep up to date. You can also contact us for help in your search.
And if you are a voluntary, community or charitable organisation working in Rutland and are in need of volunteers, we’re here to help and want to hear from you.
