Community Vehicle (Minibus) Driver

VAR offers community vehicles to dozens of groups and organisations across the county. Helping keep people connected, active and part of social groups and accessing local amenities. We need willing drivers! As a volunteer you can do as much or as little as you would like or are able to. Even a single drive makes a big difference to a group.

Full Driving licence Enhanced DBS check that we will do. We can provide a test run if you would like!

Voluntary Action Rutland operates an extensive voluntary transport scheme (a door-to-door service) for frail, elderly, disabled and vulnerable people in Rutland who have difficulty in travelling independently around the area covered by the Transport Scheme.
