Admin and Secretarial Support

We are a local initiative working to improving the lives of those with Armed Forces connections both past and present by helping to promote the Armed  Forces Covent. 

We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team to provide much needed administration and secretarial support.  

Skills

Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.

The ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently

 To demonstrate discretion, tact and be able to work well within a team

 

Ideally you will:

have a working knowledge of standard word processing and other office software tools

be able to take notes in meetings, prepare minutes and distribute to all parties

organise room bookings, notices and agendas

Maintain and update related media platforms


We hold 4 meetings per year (1 per quarter lasting a couple of hours) plus  the time to prepare the support admin to facilitate those meetings

When can I volunteer?

Availability Details

You would need to be available for four meetings a year as well as the necessary preparation before each meeting and the post meeting distribution of information
