Community Engagement and Admin Volunteer

Join our team at Victim First as a Community Engagement and Admin Volunteer. In this varied role, you’ll help raise awareness of our victim service by attending local events, supporting marketing campaigns, and creating engaging social media content. You’ll also assist with vital administrative tasks including logging referrals, emailing professionals, responding to enquiries, and gaining service user feedback through completing satisfaction survey calls.

Key Responsibilities: • Represent Victim First at local events and outreach activities • Promote our services and raise awareness within the community • Support marketing efforts, including social media and content creation • Carry out admin duties such as inputting referrals and handling email communications • Assist with service user satisfaction surveys and data collection • Respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
