About
The Lions Club of Rutland was created in 1975 and is a small but important part of the International Association of Lions Clubs. Rutland Lions help their local community – particularly supporting those less fortunate than ourselves.
Being a Rutland based club we use most of our resources to support Rutlanders, and since 1975 have contributed many thousands of pounds each year to help local organisations and individuals. We do also support in conjunction with other clubs National and International projects and appeals – this includes the Lions Clubs International responses to disasters throughout the world.
