Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is a free debt relief charity who, together with local churches, are transforming lives and working to end UK poverty. If you are struggling with debt, get in touch.
CAP Life Skills is a free 8 week course that gives people the confidence and decision making skills they need to survive life on a low income. We teach people practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living healthily on less, and making your money go further.
